  • Designed and built Little Hotelier's most requested feature, the Occupancy Report, eliminating manual calculations, reducing reporting time, and helping hotel operators make informed revenue decisions.
  • Enabled the SiteMinder Pay launch in Thailand by implementing automatic-receipt validation across a Ruby on Rails monolith and a TypeScript/React platform.
  • Corrected duplicate service charges in booking-engine revenue reports, resolving inflated totals and false outstanding balances on settled bookings at properties with service charging enabled.
  • Built an AI coding-agent runtime and tool layer on AWS Bedrock. Validated it in AWS CodeBuild: the agent upgraded a production codebase from Node.js 20 to 24 and opened a pull request.
  • Resolved e-invoicing conflicts to launch Guest Engagement check-in in Italy for all newly created Italian properties and 18 live properties.
